A newspaper that wants to take a stand in the debate about the truth, has to be completely transparent itself. That’s why we started by telling the truth about our advertising intentions for Belgian quality newspaper De Standaard. In every possible medium we told people we were trying to sell them a newspaper, denouncing the tricks we were using to do so.
